• Without the green background

  The same, but with clean covers, so the green comes from your paper rather than from the printer.

• For printing and stapling

  Already imposed as a saddle-stitched booklet. Print double-sided flipping on the short edge, fold the sheets in half and put two staples in the spine.

• For printing and stapling, no green

  The most faithful option: feed one green sheet for the outer signature and white paper for the other five. Identical to the 1986 booklet.

Where this comes from

The text was transcribed from the original Dutch booklet and collated line by line; the 21 figures were cleaned and re-lettered by hand in all three languages. No unchecked OCR and no unreviewed machine translation: this is a reconstruction, not a photocopy.
